Take this into consideration before your purchase
This is a product intended to be used in restaurant kitchen almost non-stop so we appreciate the premium build finish and the use of high-quality materials. Those of you who are looking a quality food processor that will last them a long time will be pleased with this product for sure.
The Features
The Powerful motor is rated at 1000 watts which makes any type of food processing a fast and easy procedure. It really doesn’t matter whether you want to cut down, shred or grind ingredients that are harder than usual – this device makes it look too easy. We tested it using ice cubes and nutty fruits and no matter the volume, it processes them with ease. The performance is great as it is expected from a product with a premium price tag. The noise is a direct consequence of such powerful performing motor. We are not pleased with the loudness level during use and think that many customers will avoid this product because of this.
The blade system is great for processing any type of material it gets in contact with. We have to point out that the two-part S-shape blade vibrates violently during operation when you fill the high capacity bowl to its specified limit. It is our humble opinion that more blades system would be better suited for a much more efficient operation. As it is, the great and powerful motor is let down by the use of inadequate blade configuration. As advertised, making sauces in this food processor is a great affair. We believe that it is primarily suited for this type of use instead of chopping and grinding foods. Still, it performs those tasks with ease too. At least the included slicing disc offers a choice between 30 different widths which we applaud and wish that we see such a feature included on cheaper models too.
The speed settings are surprisingly limited on a model costing so much. Sincerely, we expected much more functionality from this premium food processing appliance. We know that you do not need customization for making sauces out of ingredients but still, this is an unpleasant surprise. The Pulse button allows you to shred the hardest foods with ease although we can see how this device was primarily designed to process smaller foods.
The three buttons are positioned according to ergonomic standards and this makes them a pleasure to use. The size and heavy weight leave its users confident about its durability. The one year warranty covers most of the malfunctions that might occur.
